Dimensions has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s top 25 (under the Great Place to Work super large organisations) Best Workplaces for Wellbeing.
Since 2024, we’ve climbed 19 places – from 43rd to 24th – and we’ve successfully maintained that ranking in 2026 in an increasingly competitive field, alongside some of the UK’s biggest and best-known employers, such as Aviva, Hilton, Adobe and Capital One!
This recognition reflects the experiences and feedback shared by colleagues through the Great Place to Work survey, with over 2,500 colleagues taking part. It also reflects our continued commitment to colleague wellbeing.
What colleagues told Great Place to Work about our approach to wellbeing:
- 75% Overall Wellbeing Index
- 66% said this is a psychologically and emotionally healthy place to work
- 75% said people are encouraged to balance work and their personal life
- 89% said their work has special meaning – this is not “just a job”
- 87% said they feel they make a difference here
- 83% said they can be themselves around here
- 69% said they look forward to coming to work here
- 79% said people care about each other here
Whilst we are very pleased with these solid scores, we will always be looking to improve our colleagues experience of wellbeing within Dimensions, so we will continue to work on this in our Wellbeing Project Group to embed awareness and understanding of the full breadth of our wellbeing offer.
