What you need to know

Contact us for repairs and maintenance from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday on 0300 303 9195 or maintenance@dimensions-uk.org

At other times this number is redirected to an out-of-hours emergency service. Please use this for genuine home emergencies only. Emails will not be read outside of these hours.

We’re a Housing Association as well as a support provider and that means we’re regulated by the RSH (Regulator of Social Housing) and follow their standards. You can find out all about us here.

More information?

From 2026 there are some new rules about the information that housing associations need to share with tenants.

This means that there will be some extra sections in our Tenants Report for 2026-7.

We hope you can find everything you need already, either on this page or in our formal reports. Please contact us if you want to know something else.
