Diversity and inclusion TIDE award

We are delighted to have achieved a Silver TIDE Award, run by ONVERO, in our first year of entering the awards. The assessment measures how well an organisation fosters diversity and inclusion.  

Awards

Lisa Govier, Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, said:

“We are proud to have achieved an overall score of 79%, assessed as being at the ‘working at embedding’ level. We’re one of only a very small handful of social care organisations to have been granted an award this year, scoring particularly highly in the categories of:  

• Leadership (91%)
• Wellbeing and Belonging (91%)
• and Employee Voice and Engagement (89%).”
