For a fantastic fourth year in a row, Dimensions is accredited by the Great Place To Work Institute as a Best Workplace for Women in the UK.
This is an improved placing, jumping 14 places compared to last year when we were 37th in the same category.
I’m proud that Dimensions has such a commitment to inclusion, and, in a world where this isn’t always the case, it’s fantastic to be recognised as a Great Place to Work for women once again…. Thank you to everyone who completed our colleague survey – we use your feedback to help make this an even better place to work for everyone.
Sam Smith, Chief People Officer
Thanks go to our colleagues, whose survey feedback helped us understand how supported and represented woman are across the organisation.
We are committed to equality, representation and fairness throughout the Dimensions Group.
Many programmes support this. Our Hours of Work Pledge continues to improve work/life balances, our Menopause Champions provide initial help and signpost, and our Menopause policy is readily available.
Additionally, we bring together colleague thoughts and share resources for various awareness dates. Last year, Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Menopause Awareness Month brought us story sharing videos, blogs and awareness raising from colleagues.
Quality Consultant Emma Fraser was an Advocacy, Policy and the Media Winner at this year’s Leaders’ Awards, sharing her own personal experience of menopause. She was our Ultimate ROC Star for 2024 too.
