A great place to work for eight years running

We are delighted to tell you that the Dimensions Group has successfully been accredited as a UK’s Best Workplace by the Great Place to Work Institute for the eighth year in a row!

Awards

For 2026 we’re 18th (up from 27th last year). And with our ranking in the Super Large (1,000+ employees) category, we sit alongside many large corporations such as Home Group Ltd, Experian and Adobe. Like last year, we remain the highest-ranking not-for-profit social care organisation. 

As Sam Smith, Chief People Officer, says,
