Croeso/ Welcome!
Dimensions Cymru is a Welsh charity, registered with Care Inspectorate Wales, Social Care Wales and the Charity Commission. We are proud to be part of Dimensions.
Dimensions Cymru supports citizens in Wales who have learning disabilities and autism to create and live their best lives.
As a Welsh charity we strive to support our local communities, the third sector and to improve the environment for future Welsh generations.
We have an excellent reputation for innovative, research-based support, especially if you need support with your profound and multiple learning disabilities or other complex needs.
We pride ourselves on our partnerships with the people we support and their families. Together we help people achieve and sustain wellbeing and independence.
Our support model ‘Activate’ is based on Active Support, Positive Behaviour Support and Periodic Service Review. Research and practice has shown increases in quality of life for the people we support, decreases in behaviours of distress and increases in colleague satisfaction.

Cynnig Rhagweithiol / Our Welsh Active offer
Yn Dimensions Cymru, rydym yn ceisio gwneud Cynnig Rhagweithiol Cymraeg—sef ymrwymiad i ddarparu gwasanaethau yn Gymraeg heb i chi orfod gofyn.
Rydym yn cydnabod bod iaith yn rhan hanfodol o gefnogaeth. Dyna pam rydym yn ceisio sicrhau bod siaradwyr Cymraeg yn gallu cael mynediad at ein gwasanaethau yn eu hiaith ddewisol o’r cychwyn cyntaf. Mae hyn yn cynnwys:
• Cyfathrebu dwyieithog wyneb yn wyneb, dros y ffôn, ac yn ysgrifenedig.
• Staff sy’n siarad Cymraeg wedi’u nodi gyda bathodynnau neu laniardau “Cymraeg Gwaith” lle bo’n briodol.
• Adnoddau Cymraeg ar gael ar draws ein gwasanaethau.
• Ymagwedd ragweithiol at ddeall a diwallu eich anghenion ieithyddol.
Credwn y dylai pawb deimlo eu bod yn cael eu parchu, eu deall, ac yn cael eu grymuso—ac mae hynny’n dechrau gyda’r gallu i gyfathrebu yn eich iaith eich hun.
Os byddai’n well gennych chi neu’ch teulu dderbyn cymorth yn Gymraeg, rhowch wybod i ni—neu siaradwch â ni yn Gymraeg. Mi wnawn ni’r gweddill.
Our Welsh Active offer
At Dimensions Cymru, we try to make a Welsh Active Offer—a commitment to providing services in Welsh without you needing to ask.
We recognise that language is a vital part of support. That’s why we try to ensure that Welsh-speaking people can access our services in their preferred language from the outset. This includes:
• Bilingual communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Welsh-speaking staff identified by “Working Welsh” badges or lanyards where appropriate.
• Welsh language resources available across our services.
• A proactive approach to understanding and meeting your language needs.
We believe that everyone should feel respected, understood, and empowered—and that starts with being able to communicate in your own language.
If you or your family would prefer to receive support in Welsh, please let us know—or simply speak to us in Welsh. We’ll do the rest.
