“Great Places to Work” is the world’s largest study of workplace culture.
It’s an audit of the things that create an outstanding workplace culture, as well as a survey of employees’ views of their employer.
As a result of feedback from our colleagues, Dimensions has been repeatedly recognised as one of the UK’s best workplaces.
You can read key bits of that feedback below or visit the Great Places to Work website to find out more.
Each year, we use the feedback to plan ways to further improve our colleagues’ experience of working at Dimensions.
