Nicola was presented with her award at ‘We the curious’ museum in Bristol at the end of October.  The awarding body was Lifestyle learning and Nicola was selected as a finalist from over 300 applicants, before going on to be selected as the overall winner. It is an incredible achievement, and Nicola is the first ever Dimensions representative to be selected.

Rob Sawyer, Dimensions’ Locality Manager said, “I had the pleasure to go as Nicola’s guest for the day which was incredible to witness.”

Nicola is caring and supportive to the people we support, she has demonstrated on numerous occasions that she goes above and beyond her role and has even gone in to work on her day off. Nicola is described as amazing to be around and a positive influence within the team and to the people we support.

Nicola said, “I’m inspired by the people we support: being involved in making their lives the best they possibly can be and enjoying every day. Witnessing their achievements and successes is just amazing. I wish to do more.”
