Continuous improvement

We take real pride in the quality of our personalised services and set high standards. It is clear that this service has fallen short and we’re working intensively with staff, families, local commissioners and CQC to improve. However, the report also praised the service: “People were supported by staff that demonstrated a kind and caring approach and supported them at their own pace…People’s privacy, dignity and independence was promoted and staff were able to share good examples of their practice.”
