Dimensions have been working with the Civil Service’s Analytical Volunteer Programme (AVP) who provide volunteer analysts from a variety of backgrounds. This is an exciting scheme for Dimensions and has provided a great way for us to showcase volunteering within Business Support!
Lucy joined us as a volunteer in February 2019 and has been doing great work within the Quality and Compliance team. She has researched, designed and created the new Survey: Lessons learned from compliments and complaints.
This is what Lucy says about her volunteer experience so far:
“I wanted to volunteer and do something different, to work with different people and develop new skills. I was paired with Dimensions through the AVP and knew what was expected of the project. My experience so far has met my expectations and I am enjoying the work I’m doing. This project has enabled me to use skills outside of my current role and engage with my studies from university”
