Dimensions Council elects new Chair

Voted in by his peers, Jordan Smith will help lead the Council in representing the people we support and our tenants.

Jordan takes over the helm from Ann McCallum, at the end of her five year-term. He stood against three other outstanding candidates and ultimately won the vote. In his paid role at Dimensions, Jordan is our newly appointed Health Equalities Lead and he brings with him strong campaigning and spokesperson experience.

New Dimensions Council Chair Jordan Smith

The Dimensions Council’s role is to hold us to account, and report directly to Executive and Board level. They represent the people we support and our tenants, so everyone across the organisation has the opportunity to influence how we run and are the best for the people we support.

Jordan has great ambitions for the Council and is keen to bring people along with him.

Jackie Fletcher, Group Director of Quality, Public Affairs & Policy, said, “I would like to congratulate Jordan on his appointment, and also thank Ann for five years of dedicated service. With Jordan’s election, I am sure the coming months will be a period of exciting change for the Council, which fulfils such a vital role at Dimensions.”
