Dimensions achieves key diversity recognition

National social care provider Dimensions have been awarded a prestigious ‘Investors in Diversity Stage 2’ accreditation from The National Centre for Diversity (NCD).

The NCD report observes that we have made “significant progress over the last two years” – highlighting an increase in the diversity of our managers, training for staff and a positive organisational culture.

The highly prized accreditation will be valid for two years and follows a rigorous assessment process involving a review of our documents, interviews with staff, a survey and site visits.

The success marks us out as an organisation that has established, consolidated and embedded good diversity and inclusion practices and behaviours at all levels.

Lisa Govier, our Equality & Diversity Advisor, said, “This is a fantastic achievement for Dimensions that puts us at the forefront of respecting equality, promoting diversity and embedding inclusion.

“It is the result of a lot of hard work over the last two years, but also demonstrates that our core values really are reflected in everything we do.”

We have been providing support packages for families for 40 years. We offer a range of support services to adults of all ages, including those with complex needs or challenging behaviour.
