Download the free training for libraries
Dimensions free training for libraries to become autism friendly has been developed in partnership with ASCEL and Libraries Connected.
On World Autism Awareness Day 2019, Dimensions launched updated and more in-depth training materials for autism friendly libraries.
We hope this training helps you on your journey to creating a more inclusive environment for library guests on the autism spectrum.
While the training has been developed with a focus on guests who have autism, anybody who feels they can benefit from the adjustments are welcome too. This can include people with learning disabilities or other sensory sensitivities.

Thank you for becoming autism friendly
Dimensions wants to see a more inclusive society for people with autism and learning disabilities – by becoming autism friendly you are making a significant, positive difference.
People with autism and their families have told us they want more places where they are welcome to be themselves without fear of judgment. They want the same opportunities as everybody else and becoming autism friendly can give them more opportunities to discover new things.
