Dimensions staff success at National Learning Disability and Autism Awards

We are delighted to announce that Donna McGauley, a locality manager in Gloucestershire, has been crowned best manager at the National Learning Disability and Autism Awards.

Helen Orford, Regional Managing Director for the West, explained, “In just 16 months, with hard work and determination, Donna has not only addressed all of the various service level issues she inherited, but has also completely removed agency use in her services by succeeding in recruitment drives.

“She is also set to welcome a new service in Bristol, has improved the financial viability of her locality and has built up a strong reputation with commissioners at Gloucestershire County Council. Just brilliant Donna!”

We are also really happy to report with pride that Corey Wood and Dimensions achieved a finalist award in the category of ‘Employer of People with a Disability’ and Ben Sandland, a young man from Worcestershire, achieved a finalist place in the ‘Support Worker’ category. Many congratulations!
