In the last 12 months (at time of writing) less than half of one percent of the people we support whose behaviour can be considered challenging, needed an increased level of support outside of Dimensions. Many, having gained greater independence, were able to reduce their support needs.

Our staff retention rates are more than double the sector average, leading to better long term relationships with the people we support. Commissioners trust us; we work with about 10% more people every year. And 98% of services across Dimensions are currently rated Good or Outstanding by CQC/CIW.
