We have more than 600 tenants whose tenancies are managed on our behalf by other providers like Mencap or United Response. People may be supported by those providers but we oversee the management of their home and carry out maintenance.
Maintenance services
Our call centre deals with enquiries for maintenance work and arranges for contractors to make repairs. It you report a repair, our contractors will phone you first to arrange a convenient time to fix the problem.
We’ll respond to emergency repair jobs within 24 hours. Urgent jobs may take up to seven days and routine maintenance tasks are carried out within 28 days.
Easy read tenancy agreements
An easy to read tenancy agreement is given to all our tenants and is explained by support staff. It tells tenants what their responsibilities are and what we and they must do to take care of their home.
