We know that it is important that we listen to you and work out what is working and what is not working for you.

We will ask you every year to tell us about your service and the support you receive from Dimensions. This is called a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

You can become a member of your local Everybody Counts group.

This is a group of people who come together regularly to talk about things that are important to them and to talk about Dimensions.
