Our registered care homes provide support for people with complex or high support needs.
There can be four or five people sharing this type of service and each service has a dedicated staff team, and support is shared fairly by everyone who lives there.
A named manager is responsible for the running of each service.
Each person we support will have at least one named key worker, who is responsible for ensuring that they get everything they need and want. We can provide 24 hour support services. All support staff will work to a support plan that has been completed for and with each person.
