Linda Jordan to speak at Dimensions conference

Linda Jordan, Valuing People Support Team and National Advisor on Transition, is to appear at our forthcoming conference to talk about 'Person Centred Transition Planning'. More information and workshop content will be announced soon.

The conference - Lost In transition? - How to find your way through - will be held on 25th April 2007 at the Birmingham Hippodrome.
