I will come to meet you somewhere you feel comfortable, in your home if you'd like. I can answer your questions and talk through costs of one-off services and on-going support. I can help you to make a person-centred plan, a support plan and help with your service design if you choose Dimensions as your support provider.
As your support advisor, I will be there for you every step of the way.
