Transitions Information Network - The Transition Information Network, (TIN) is an alliance of organisations and individuals who come together with a common aim: to improve the lives and experiences of disabled young people's transition to adulthood. TIN is a source of information and good practice for disabled young people, families and professionals

Paradigm - Paradigm is a consultancy and development agency dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning difficulties, their families and carers.

Scope - Scope is the disability organisation of England and Wales whose focus is people with cerebral palsy. Our aim is that disabled people achieve equality.

Enable Together - Used by disabled people,their friends, family, carers and professionals, Eanble Together is a free website with the aim of 'sharing information for independent living'. Enable Together has been established to create the most comprehensive guide to independent living. It aims to help disabled people to lead a more independent life by providing information that is eassy to understand.

Challenging Behaviour Foundation - We demonstrate that individuals with severe learning disabilities described as having challenging behaviour can enjoy normal life opportunities when their behaviour is understood and properly managed, and to support parents and carers through education and information to enable this to happen.

Down's Syndrome Association - The Down's Syndrome Association is the only organisation in this country focusing solely on all aspects of living successfully with Down's Syndrome. We provide information and support for people with Down's Syndrome, their families and carers, as well as being a resource for interested professionals. We strive to improve knowledge of the condition, and we champion the rights of people with Down's Syndrome.

Every Disabled Child Matters is a new campaign fighting for rights and justice for disabled children, young people and their families. We want 10,000 supporters to sign up to the campaign by December 2006. Join the campaign at www.edcm.org.uk- and ask everyone you know to do the same.

MencapMencap is a UK learning disability charity working with people with a learning disability and their families and carers.

Housing OptionsThis site is a comprehensive source of information about housing and related issues for people with learning disabilities.
