Individualised support
We offer a range of individualised support packages (also known as 'supported living') for young people and adults with a learning disability or autism in their own home.
Our service is always individually tailored to meet the needs of the person that we are supporting.
The amount of support we offer varies - some people have 24 hour support others may need only a few hours per week.
No two services are the same - support is individually tailored to meet people's wishes and requirements. We do this by developing person-centred plans for the people we are supporting and by working with them and the people that know and care about them.
