How we're run

We wouldn't exist without the people we support. So it's only right that we listen to them - to find out what we're doing well and what else we could be doing to help them live the life they want.

We make sure the people we support know what we're doing and involve them in the running of the organisation. We make sure they are represented at board meetings.
