Social Care Charter take a pledge today

The Joint Committee for Draft Care and Support Bill recently presented their report, and we are re-launching our Social Care Charter alongside this publication.

We had loads of support on the charter in 2012 and again earlier this year - if you didn't get involved last time read our charter in full and make your pledge below.

The main points of our charter are:

I want choice and control over my money
I want opportunities for greater independence
I want to be a part of my community
I want to have control and choice over my relationships
I want to have a voice and be listened to
