'Lost in Transition? - A Home of my own' Conference - November 2008

Our transitions service is currently supporting over 150 young people through transition in England and Wales.

Join us at our second national conference on transition, where we'll be highlighting best practice for moving young people with a learning difficulty into a home of their own.

You'll also be the first to hear the key findings from, and receive your free copy of, our new research report - 'A Home of My Own' - that will be launched at the conference.
