It tells people what others like and admire about you; what is important to you and how to support you well.

Why do we use one page profiles?

A one page profile is a way of getting to know more about each other and ensuring that the people we support are supported by the right person.

One page profiles also help us as an organisation; we want to know each other well enough to be able to work together as an effective team, whatever our roles are.
