Dimensions is a not-for-profit organisation. This means we're able to invest all our efforts and resources into helping us achieve person-centred positive outcomes for everyone.

We encourage people we support to participate in the way Dimensions is run through the Dimensions Council. Members of the Council are voted on through the regionally based Everybody Counts groups.
How are we governed?
The company is governed by a voluntary Board of Management, comprising eight Board members and three co-optees. Read about our Management Board.
Dimensions (UK) Ltd has been created by a number of partnerships and mergers over the past thirty years. As well as the main operating company, known as Dimensions, other members of the group include Outreach 3 Way, based in Sussex.
Our liability insurance is with Zurich Municipal and our Policy Number is XAO-272040-0623; our MOJ Portal ID is C00108.
The group’s turnover in 2012/13 is around £110 million, making us the second largest provider of social care to people with learning disabilities and autism in England and Wales.
We are an exempt charity
Our legal status is that Dimensions (UK) Ltd is a charitable registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, and we are a Registered Social Landlord.
We are not registered or regulated by the Charity Commission; we are regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency.
