Craig's story - making the transition

Craig experiences autism and attended a residential school until the age of 19.

Dimensions began supporting Craig leading up to his transition from school to college.

We visited Craig at school and met with his teaching staff to provide continuity of support to him.

We provided 40 hours per week to accompany him to college and supported him as he moved into his own flat.

Now Craig enjoys his independence and fills his life with regular visits to the gym and the swimming pool and goes to college.
