We support people with learning disabilities and autism. Our aim is to help the people we support to live the life they want. We believe that people with learning disabilities and autism should be respected, have the same opportunities in life as everyone else and make their own choices and decisions.

What we do
We provide a variety of support services in our region. These include:

Group living services;
Outreach support;
and services for young people going through transition.

How we work
We are committed to working in partnership with the people we support, their families, carers and other stakeholders to achieve true 'person centred' support. What we mean by this is that we put the person at the centre of all that we do. We bring together their circle of support and together we will seek creative ways to meet their wishes and aspirations.

What we can do for you
If you have a learning difficulty:

We will support you to develop a person centred plan, which will be all about your needs.
We can support you in your home or out and about in your community.
We'll support you to make friends.
We can support you to get a job if you want one.
We'll listen to you and help you to be more independent.
We'll help you to live the life you want.

If you are a purchaser:

We'll work in partnership with you.
We can offer cost-effective and creative support packages.

If you are a relative or a person we support:

We will involve you in developing your relative's support package and person centred plan.
We'll keep you informed about what we're doing.
